MG Miami Gardens Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2023 by contractors who grew up working on South Florida homes and understood what this climate demands. Miami Gardens is a city of concrete block homes - mostly built in the 1950s and 1960s - sitting on slab foundations, in neighborhoods that see 60 inches of rain a year and face hurricane season every fall. Generic sunroom packages built for milder climates do not hold up here.
The company was built because too many area homeowners were getting burned by out-of-town contractors who did not understand Miami-Dade permitting, did not use hurricane-rated materials, and disappeared when problems showed up.
